Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with ONEKARBN.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery (all orders ship with Aramex):

• UAE: AED 48 — delivered 1–2 business days after dispatch
• GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar): AED 390 — about 3–7 business days
• Rest of world: AED 490 — about 4–8 business days

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, duties and taxes: For orders outside the UAE, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at onekarbn@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
